VIP Development targets debt and equity loans for properties with considerable lease-up potential, inadequate capital and non-strategic ownership, creating a goal to yield a return to investors. We provide short-term investments for investors.

VIP Development’s involvement does not stop at the initial investment. We are committed to ensuring the project is well-managed and that all advantages are received. VIPD has strategic partnerships with construction companies, asset and property management companies, architectural and engineering companies, legal advisors, and marketing and accounting professionals among others.
