Thomas E. Eide, Manager
Mr. Eide graduated from Virginia Tech with his Bachelor of Science in Physics. Mr. Eide worked as an engineer out of college before founding, growing and selling two high tech companies. The later company, Connect Me Services rehabbed large new and existing multi-dwelling university-housing apartment complexes in the mid-Atlantic region with structured cabling to provide high-speed Internet, Voice-over-IP telephony and cable television services. Mr. Eide now serves as managing member of VIP Development and has for five years. He developed & constructed 1,294 units from VIP’s inception. Mr. Eide’s entrepreneurial drive, corporate and team management, financial achievements in both local and national markets and his expertise in mergers and acquisitions combine to produce a veteran leader for VIP.

Hugo F. Camacho, Finance Manager
Mr. Camacho graduated from Virginia Tech with his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his MBA in Finance in 1999 and 2002 respectively. After graduate school, Mr. Camacho served as a Licensed Financial Specialist for Wachovia Securities, providing investment services and arranging loans and mortgages for individuals of high net worth in the Washington, D.C. area. Mr. Camacho is one of the founders of VIP Development and has put together a combined $41 million dollars in development loans, and in excess of $14M in private loans and equity.
