Thomas E. Eide, President

Mr. Eide graduated from Virginia Tech with his Bachelor of Science in Physics. Mr. Eide worked as an engineer out of college before founding, growing and selling two high tech companies. The latter company, Connect Me Services, rehabbed large new and existing multi-dwelling university housing apartment complexes in the mid-Atlantic region with structured cabling to provide high-speed Internet, Voice-over-IP telephone, and cable television services. Mr. Eide has served as managing member of VIP Development since 2005, during which time he has developed and constructed over 12,904 units.

Hugo F. Camacho, Vice President of Finance

Mr. Camacho graduated from Virginia Tech with his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his MBA in Finance in 1999 and 2002 respectively. After graduate school, Mr. Camacho served as a Licensed Financial Specialist for Wachovia Securities, providing investment services and arranging loans and mortgages for individuals of high net worth in the Washington, D.C. area. Mr. Camacho is one of the founders of VIP Development and has put together a combined $41 million in development loans and in excess of $14 million in private loans and equity.

Justin E. Knapp, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Knapp graduated from the University of Massachusetts with his Bachelor of Science in Finance and his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Justin worked with San Diego- based Hammer Ventures, a dynamic real estate development company, in multiple capacities ranging from construction management to sales and marketing management. Over his career, Justin has worked in numerous real estate asset classes including low income housing, mobile homes, for sale condominiums, student housing, and conventional apartment complexes.

Andro L. Tomic, Senior Project Manager

Mr. Tomic graduated from East Carolina University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. Upon graduating, Mr. Tomic moved to Washington D.C. and worked for one of the nation’s largest residential construction companies. Mr. Tomic was involved in the successful construction of multiple communities valued at over one hundred million dollars. Prior to joining VIP Development, Mr. Tomic worked in the residential and commercial construction field in Wilmington, NC and commercial framing in Raleigh, NC. As Senior Project Manager of VIP Development, Mr. Tomic is responsible for the estimating, construction and development of all projects throughout the Southeast.
