Gaslight Commons
VIP began the extensive rehabilitation of Gaslight Commons, a 276 market-rate apartment complex in Montgomery, AL, in April of 2008. The rehabilitation was done for Potomac Realty Capital, a private group out of Massachusetts. The work was completed in February 2009.
